Some spooky muffins this Friday evening👻🎃 It might be a few weeks until Halloween but I just impulsively bought a Halloween silicone mold so I made some Sweet Potato Muffins 😍 I took my maple sweet potato bread recipe and adjusted it to work for these muffins 🤗 They’re perfect snacks to grab and go! I topped them with nut butter post picture but couldn’t ruin how cute they turned out! We’re going for a bike ride + Chipotle picnic tonight then we might go out but we normally stay in so who knows 😂 Hope you guys have a good evening ❤️ - - #healthfood details 👉🏻 Preheat oven to 350F: In a bowl, mix together 1 egg (whisked) 1/2 cup mashed, cooked, peeled sweet potato 1/2 cup almond flour 1 tbsp coconut flour 2tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp ghee or butter 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp collagen (I used @furtherfood Mix it all together well with a hand mixer. Grease a muffin tin. Preferably a cute Halloween one 😉 Add batter about 3/4 of the way up. Then add to the oven and bake for 20-22 minutes. Enjoy! #paleo #glutenfree #choosingbalance

Simply cut pear in half vertically and place on baking sheet. While this exercise is great for Rear Delt development, there are two major issues: 1. The machine only targets the Rear Delts if you do it correctly. 2. Not all Reverse Pec Sex’s are created equal. Another great isolation movement is the Face Pull, which can be performed a variety of different ways: standing, lying, seated, etc. The Face Pull is, in my opinion, the best isolation movement for Rear Delts, as it not only trains them through Transverse Shoulder Abduction, but also External Rotation, which is the secondary function of the Rear Delts. • So how do we optimize the Face Pull? A few things to consider here. The more stable our body is, the more optimally we can contract the Rear Delts. For this reason, I prefer seated variations than standing variations. Standing variations tend to lend themselves to cheating easily, which does nothing for our Rear Delts. • I also prefer to keep my legs and torso out of the movement completely, to eliminate any and all ways to cheat. Legs behind me and chin on top of the bench keeps my locked in and able to contract the Rear Delt and the Rear Delt ONLY. • Set the cable height so that it’s slightly below your forehead. As you pull towards your face, also pull UP simultaneously: this is the External Rotation function. Get progressively
